You need breakfast

I’ve read an article about why we should eat breakfast. Actually, I was a little guilty since I was among the person who doesn’t eat breakfast. And, I’m pretty sure that’s the reason I became even fatter. It’s my fault I never listened to my mom’s advise that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You want to know why. Well, I’ll share to you what I’ve read today.

Here are the top reasons why you should eat breakfast everyday:

-Break the fast.
-Eat more, weigh less.
-Are you interested in doing better at work and school? Don’t be a bed head.
-Breakfast is your chance to eat the foods you may not eat the rest of the day.
-Skipping breakfast makes you grouchy.
-Cancel the Danish or sugared doughnut first thing in the morning.
-Breakfast makes your machine run better.
-If you’re a parent, set a good example.
-Don’t eat dessert for breakfast.
-One more word about labels.

Sunday Wisdom

We have to pray with our eyes on God, not on the difficulties.
-Oswald Chambers
I can’t deny that most of the times I pray only when times are getting tougher. Maybe, some of you can relate with me too. As what they say, we can only remember God if we can’t handle difficulties anymore. God allows miseries to happen in order for us to correct our mistakes. We can’t realize our faults if we never experience pain. Mostly, these sufferings will drew us more to God and make us even stronger. We should be thankful to God not only the times of success and happiness but the times of pains as well.

It’s my mission to explore the spectacular beauty of UK. lol! I’ve been browsing online many places and sights to see in UK. Not to mention, the Kensington Palace of the royal family. Plus, who can beat the world’s most famous fortresses and royal palace known as Tower of London. Gosh! I was really in big awe. You probably love it too. Peach Float

Today, I make a peach float. I used peach instead of mango since I never see any ripe mangoes in the fruit market. It's important to use ripe fruit in making this recipe. I'm glad i did it perfectly. My husband like it. So, I'll share with you the recipe of my dessert. This is only a simple procedure.
1 cup heavy cream, chilled 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk, chilled 1/2 cup mashed ripe peaches, Thin slices of ripe peaches and Graham Crackers
-Blend cream, chilled condensed milk and mashed peaches.
-In a square dish, assemble graham crackers and cream mixture by arranging crackers on the bottom of the dish.
- Spread one third of the cream mixture, arrange some peach slices, then put another layer of the crackers. Repeat the process, ending with the cream mixture on top.
-Garnish with more slices of peaches.
-Chill before serving.

iLASIK™ Information

I’ve heard a lot of successful surgery performed through LASIK technology. It is currently one of the most frequently performed elective procedures in the United States. LASIK is a highly effective outpatient procedure used to correct most ranges of nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism. In fact, two of my brother-in-law has undergone this type of laser surgery. According to them, they were satisfied of the results and it improves their vision. Even the NASA and DOD have validated the fact that today’s LASIK exceeds all established standards of safety and effectiveness. Another modern LASIK procedure that has been proven successful by Naval and Military personnel was the iLASIK™. It uses two lasers instead of one, as in earlier versions of the procedure. This laser replaces the handheld microkeratome blade used in older forms of LASIK and makes the procedure exceptionally safe. The combination of these advance laser technologies creates a custom-fit procedure clinically proven to provide excellent safety and visual results. So, I’ve been thinking that this modern procedure would be better for my husband. Just lately, he had a hard time reading his book. He can’t clearly see the words he was reading. One of these days, he probably needs a surgery. But for now, we should get all the LASIK information needed for the surgery.

Are you prejudiced?

You Are a Little Prejudiced

You can't help but judge people a little based on your personal biases.

But you tend to be aware of your prejudices, and you fight them the best you can.

Most people are more like you than they'd care to admit... but it doesn't mean you shouldn't change.

Remember to take each person as an individual. It's not fair to judge someone based on their background or subculture.

I’m not really a prejudice type of person. I hate those who judge other people without even knowing the reasons. Pretty sad to say that hostility towards race is prevalent. It exists wherever country you live. I just can’t believe why there are people who behave such a disgusting attitude. I’ve noticed a huge percent of racial discrimination anywhere I go . This is base on my personal experiences and what my friends have told me. It really hurts me. But, I can’t do anything about it. That’s their personal choice. I respect their views. What’s important for me is that I never mind others business and hurt someone’s feelings.
