Caraga Region

I was born and raise in the region of Caraga in Mindanao. Caraga is the newest geopolitical region in the Country. A historic marker commemorating the first mass in Mindanao stands in Magallanes. I can still remember when my husband visited me to the Philippines. We went to the century old bitaug w/c would be found in Magallanes. My husband was really fascinated of the beauty of the tree. Contented

Yesterday, my mom texted me that she was glad she received the money I've send her. She even requested to thank my husband for his kindness. She was really happy. It's a nice feeling if you see your family happy by what you shared. Even though, the amount is not that big. But, seeing them with happy faces is really essential for me. All I wish from God is to keep my family away from danger and be together. I never wished anymore for wealth. All I want they are healthy and contented of their lives. That’s what matters most. What’s the use of money if you are living in hell and not satisfied with what you have? It’s really useless. It’s better to live as poor than to live in wickedness. That’s why I’m very thankful for all the wonderful things that God has given to my family. I hope and pray that we can endure whatever trial and challenges we may encounter.

My Recipe

I'm glad my husband likes the Afritada I cooked today. He even asked for another plate. lol! At last, I made it right this time. I never thought that he will like it. Thankfully, he compliments my dish. He rarely likes what I cook especially American foods. Obviously, I'm not American that's why I can't guarantee that he'll it. Well, I'm not also a very good cook. So, he should understands that. Perhaps, I can follow the recipes online. But, not to the point that i'll do it perfectly. Anyway, I'll gave you my Chicken Afritada recipe. And, i'll post the pictures later.

Ingredients:
- A can of tomato sauce
-2 pounds of breast Chicken
-Green bell pepper
-Onion
-Garlic
-Carrots
-Potato
-Salt & Pepper
-Green peas

Procedures:
- Sautee the garlic and chopped onion.
-Put the chicken cubes and sautee it until golden brown.
-Put the tomato sauce and a half cup of water.
-Put the green bell pepper, carrots and potato.
-Covered it until its boiled for about 40 mins.
-Put the green peas if you think all were cooked.
-Covered it for another 10 mins.
-Ready to eat.

I'm still fine

I am feeling well now even though I was disappointed a few hours ago. My account was suspended for one week. Imagine that! So that means I can't reserved for opportunities. I even have one opps reserved today but I don't think that I can make it since I was suspended. I was really sad today. Well, i realized that its not big deal to mind about. Why would I worry so much for just simple things. At least, I'm still thankful that I can grab opps from PPP. And, I'm now aware of the consequences if I comment again.
