Orange Fruit!


Guys, do you love to eat any type of oranges? I was just curious since I really don’t like to eat oranges. I don’t like the taste. I don’t know why but I tried for my own benifit. We can get a lot of health benefits from consuming this type of fruit. Winter is the season for fresh citrus, and oranges are loaded with vitamin C. One orange alone offers up more than 100% of your daily requirement of power-packed vitamin C, as well as other disease fighting nutrients. Plus, oranges have folate, a B vitamin that may help to keep your heart healthy, as well as fiber and potassium. So I guess we need to include this fruit in our grocery list next time. LOL!

I like the taste of what are called "blood oranges," kind of a "grape-like" taste.
I used to eat oranges as a teenager...lots of them. One time my Mom found the dried out peelings under my bed...over 100! She simply quit buying them.

I love oranges, it's weird but I dip them in salt LOL I eat at least 2 a day.

I'm not a big fan of orange either but I love the tangelos! They're sweet and better than the tangy orange.

But I heard the lil red pepper contains more Vitamin C than the orange...
