Guys, do you love to eat any type of oranges? I was just curious since I really don’t like to eat oranges. I don’t like the taste. I don’t know why but I tried for my own benifit. We can get a lot of health benefits from consuming this type of fruit. Winter is the season for fresh citrus, and oranges are loaded with vitamin C. One orange alone offers up more than 100% of your daily requirement of power-packed vitamin C, as well as other disease fighting nutrients. Plus, oranges have folate, a B vitamin that may help to keep your heart healthy, as well as fiber and potassium. So I guess we need to include this fruit in our grocery list next time. LOL!
