Ways To Pamper Yourself

When I was still in the Philippines, my cousin and I used to pamper us with facial and spa in the city. Sometimes, we hired someone who can do facial for us every month. Usually, we only pay the women about 300 pesos. And, it really helps us soothe all the stress for a while. Sometimes, she will prick the blackheads/whiteheads in our faces leaving us with smooth skin all throughout the month. I’ve missed it already. I wish I could afford to pay for facial or spa here in America. However, there are ways we can pamper ourselves in just the comfort of our own homes. First, Get a pro facial at home. You can find the procedure at the YouTube if you don’t know how to do facial. Second, you can give your hair a boost. A half hour deep-conditioning treatment hides split ends and adds shine. Third, De-stress with a massage. You can ask your BF or hubby to give you a massage. Getting a massage significantly raises levels of the feel-good hormone serotonin and decreases levels of cortisol, a stress hormone linked to weight gain. Or, find a day spa near you if you can afford $100 pronto.
