Burn Extra Calories!

I guess some of you have problems regarding your weight. There were times that we can’t really stop the cravings especially desserts. But, if we are really determined to get that bulge then we should find time to exercise and get moving. It doesn’t have to be hard routine. Anyway, I’ll share this tips I read from the magazine. Simple steps that will help burn extra calories. At least, the calories we burn from these simple steps will count. Who knows, we will lose 10 lbs in six months.

Here are the fat-burning tips:

- Commit to 10 minutes of continues exercise when you wake up in the morning.
- Commit to 10 minutes of walk in the morning or lunchtime.
- Commit to taking the stairs a specific number of times.
- Perform some isometric exercise to help strengthen and tighten your muscles.
- Invest in a pedometer- it’s a small device you can carry that records the amount of miles you walk per day.
- Take a 5 minute exercise breaks and perform some muscle-stimulating and calorie burning exercise while watching TV.
- Perform at least 1 exercise movement per day for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Take the longest route every time you have to walk somewhere.
- Double-up stairs.
- Perform any of the above with your spouse or a friend.
