Strawberries may fight Cancer

Did you know that strawberries might help fight cancer and other health problems? A recent study out of UCLA suggests strawberries to stop the growth of cancer cells. Anthocyanins are antioxidants and give strawberries their bright red color; and researchers believe these chemicals stopped the growth of colon, prostate, and oral cancer cells. Further studies suggest that other compounds in strawberries may help with weight control. They are low in fat and calories too. Guys, you better include strawberries in your diet if you want to lose weight. It’s a good source of vitamin C and fiber.
