Fruits and Veggies


I’ve gained so much weight ever since I got here in U.S. I can’t stop eating crap especially if I’m alone. It has been our routine to dine out in a buffet every weekend. Both of us noticed a big difference of our body image. My husband used to have a nice abs but lately I’ve notice his belly gets bigger. Holy cow! I was a little bit worried since our respective family has a history of diabetes and high blood pressure. We don’t want to suffer the consequences. I need to find ways on how to prevent from acquiring these kinds of diseases. It’s not too late anyway. We still have enough time if we start some changes right away. It’s my promise to include fruits and vegetables in our diet. I’ll convince my husband to exercise with me in the basement. Maybe, we’ll exercise at least 4 times a week. I’m pretty sure we could lose 2 pounds every week. I know we’ll succeed of losing weight if we work out together. Consistency and discipline is the key for weight loss success. One of these days, I’ll be posting our pictures of our new image. Lol! Wish us luck!
