What's for the dinner?

I’ll be cooking a grilled steak tonight. It’s been a couple of days that we haven’t eaten any meat. My husband was already complaining. I know he can’t live without meat in his diet especially that he was working out. He keeps telling me that it’s a good source of zinc, vitamins and proteins. This use of protein as a fuel is important under starvation conditions as it allows the bodies own proteins to be use to support life. No wonder my husband has big muscles. He can handle working a long period of time. That’s why I need to prepare meat for him. Gotta go!
