Favorite American Seafood Recipe
One of the things I’ve been trying to learn since I got here was my cooking skills. I can’t tell that I’m perfect you know but I’ve tried my best to cook delicious and healthy meals. We are getting heavier for spending our time in buffet every week. That’s why I need to experiment something different and fresh. Eating fresh domestic seafood is healthy and taste good as well. So, I might consider seafood recipes in my list. I better start browsing for new seafood recipe online. At least, I found www.greatamericanseafoodcookoff.com site that will give me some ideas, information and even seafood recipes from excellent chefs in different states. I even voted for my favorite recipe that will be competing for the 2008 Great American Seafood Cook-Off final challenge. The recipe I chose was “Pan Roasted Glazed Rockfish with peas and carrots” from Chef Tafari Campbell of Maryland. I think he deserve to win since his recipe was all perfect for me. He was very creative and all the ingredients he used were healthy and simple. It looks elegant and yummy too. So how about you guys? You might want to cook off your own recipe too. Don’t forget also to vote for your favorite recipe to get the chance of winning a trip to New Orleans. You might win the prize package including two round trip tickets, hotel accommodations, dining experiences and much more. Isn’t it great? It’s easy to join. Just visit the website and vote for your favorite recipe then you’re good to go. You're not only getting ideas from excellent chefs but you'll have the chance to win the contest as well.
